An experienced therapist:  I have worked in a large corporate employee assistance programme (welfare service) offering counselling.  During this time I worked with a range of mental health issues from stress, anxiety, depression, relationships through to self harm, suicidal thoughts.  I work nationally with clients on the telephone and via video call (Zoom) but also in person at my therapy rooms in Cheltenham and Gloucester.  I am pleased to be listed at Harley Street and you can find and book me on the Harley Platform.  I am also listed on Betterhelp and  Psychology Today.

Discreet Locations Used:  For face to face counselling I use locations that are discrete.  Telephone and Video (Zoom) counselling offers you flexibility and privacy safe knowing that I am a member of the Association of Counselling Therapy Online (ACTO).  This means I have met a standard of practise for online work that is recognised and sees me being held on the ACTO register.
